Beijing Lianjia pilot "community open day"

On the evening of May 27th, it was reported that recently, Beijing Lianjia has piloted a "neighborhood open house" house viewing model. According to the introduction, this model gathers multiple properties and groups of customers from the same neighborhood to the same location, where multiple agents provide explanations and tours. Customers not only view the houses themselves but also receive detailed explanations about the surrounding amenities and living experience. Official data shows that Beijing Lianjia has already completed 13 pilot "neighborhood open house" events in core areas such as Haidian and Chaoyang, with each customer viewing 3 to 4 properties in a single visit, resulting in a 39% increase in daily property tours on average.
