Huajin Capital: Re-signing engineering contract with increased amount to 8.7529 million yuan.

Huajin Capital announced that due to the adjustment of the design scheme for the exterior facade renovation of the headquarters base of Gaoxinlan Bay Smart Island, the company plans to re-sign the "Gaoxinlan Bay Smart Island Headquarters Base Exterior Facade Renovation Project Design and Construction General Contract" with the headquarters base company and Weiye Corporation, with the amount to be borne adjusted from 6.0945 million yuan to approximately 8.7529 million yuan, an increase of approximately 2.6584 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and has been approved by the board of directors. From January 1, 2026 to now, the company and its subsidiaries have approved related party transactions with related parties totaling 45.8885 million yuan.
