The driver's plea meeting suggested that Huoqulala relaxes the rules of behavior and increases the margin of error.
On May 27th, DiDi officially announced the revised process of the platform behavior point rules, as well as the detailed adjustments of rules in two major scenarios unfair competition for orders and violations in charging fees. The content shows that the revised process of DiDi's behavior point rules can be divided into five key stages: proposal submission, driver consultation, rule evaluation, driver feedback solicitation, online announcement, and implementation. In April of this year, DiDi held 6 driver rule consultation meetings, fully listening to suggestions from drivers across the country regarding platform-related rules. After the consultation meetings, DiDi combined the actual situation to comprehensively assess the drivers' demands and optimized the two major behavior point rules: decreasing the deduction intensity for unfair order competition by 60% and further refining violations in charging fees, such as failure to notify fees in advance and intentional violations, to result in a minor deduction of points.
