ESG investment trends are changing! Jevons Global: Investors are increasing their exposure to the "nuclear sector" as geopolitical risks intensify.

Zhitong Finance App has learned that the fourth annual ESG (environment, social, and governance) and national defense survey of Jefferies Financial Group shows that nearly two-thirds of fund managers allow some level of "nuclear sector exposure," with 34% of fund managers allowing investments in nuclear weapons-related businesses. The survey indicates that in recent years, many asset management institutions have relaxed their investment policies, increasing acceptance of investments related to national defense. However, 38% of fund managers still prohibit holding shares in companies involved in nuclear weapons production.
