Moody's: assigns "A" rating to Shandong Finance and Economics Group's proposed issuance of US dollar notes

On May 27, Fitch Ratings has awarded a "A" rating to the proposed issuance of US dollar-denominated notes by Shandong Finance Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shandong Finance Investment Group" or "SFG Group") based in China. The proposed notes will be issued by SFG International Holdings Co. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Finance Investment Group, and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Shandong Finance Investment Group.
