National Wealth Hydrogen Energy: Signing an overseas comprehensive energy solution agreement

On May 27, China Fortune Hydrogen Energy announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on May 26, the company entered into a comprehensive energy solution agreement with Charoen Energy and Water Asia Co., Ltd. from Thailand and the company's joint venture Hydro Data Limited. Under this agreement, all parties agreed to cooperate in developing the Thai and Southeast Asian markets, primarily focusing on the application of integrated hydrogen power generation systems in data centers and related electricity procurement. According to the agreement, CEWA is responsible for developing and identifying potential data center projects in Thailand and Southeast Asia, Hydro Data will provide customized technical solutions for these identified projects, and China Fortune will provide the related power generation equipment for these projects. The parties to the agreement also agreed to cooperate on a pilot project in Rayong, Thailand with an IT load capacity of 3MW, which will serve as a demonstration and be part of a 100MW integrated energy system for data centers that CEWA is investing in Rayong, Thailand. This agreement marks a significant breakthrough for the company in the supply of power to data center projects in Thailand. By providing core power equipment for data center projects, China Fortune has become a market participant in overseas data center power supply business, and has made key progress in overseas data center business.
