Bloomberg cited informed sources as saying that the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund - Mubadala Investment Co. is planning to raise $1.91 billion through a block trade by selling shares of the semiconductor company GlobalFoundries. The block trade involves 22 million shares of GlobalFoundries with a price range of $86.30 to $86.80 per share. This price is a 4.1% discount from GlobalFoundries' closing price of $89.96 on Tuesday.
