Oclaro announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Shengshi Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., recently received a notice of winning the bid for the first phase of the technical upgrade and transformation project of the Mianyang BOE PNL Factory, with a winning bid amount of RMB 43.6954 million. As a core supplier of domestic evaporation sources, this bid is beneficial for the company to deepen its self-developed technological strength, consolidate its core position in the supply chain, and help promote the process of domestic substitution. The project is expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance in 2026 and 2027, but the timing of revenue recognition may be delayed.
