Shenzhen's "Five-Year Plan for the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan": Support top securities companies to become comprehensive and versatile investment banks, and build international first-class investment banks and investment institutions.

The "Outline of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Shenzhen Municipality" has been released. It proposes to promote the increase of capital scale of corporate headquarters banks, continuously optimize corporate governance, and enhance comprehensive competitive advantages; support private banks in building a model of digital inclusive financial services. It also aims to promote securities, fund, and futures institutions to enhance their innovation capabilities; support leading securities firms in becoming comprehensive, all-round investment banks, promote large state-owned securities firms to enhance their capital strength, and build international first-class investment banks and investment institutions; and encourage fund companies to become better and stronger, and increase market share.
