The "Outline of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Shenzhen" was released, which proposed to proactively lay out future industries such as the sixth generation of mobile communications, bio-manufacturing, future energy, quantum technology, brain-machine interfaces, cells, and genes. It also suggested establishing a sound mechanism for input growth and risk sharing, building a full chain for the cultivation of future industries including innovation, transformation incubation, application traction, and ecological creation.
