Eastern Entrepreneurship announced that the company and its subsidiaries plan to provide a total of up to 383 million yuan in guarantees in 2026, accounting for 4.93% of the audited net assets in 2025, for guarantees provided among the company and its subsidiaries. As of the date of the announcement, the balance of guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries to external parties is 195 million yuan, accounting for 2.50% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. However, since the asset-liability ratios of Economic and Trade Logistics, Guohe Company, and Dongmao International Trade Company exceed 70%, providing guarantees to them requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
