Usuk Technology's Science and Technology Innovation Board IPO will be reviewed on June 1st, aiming to raise 4.202 billion yuan.

According to the Securities Times app, the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Listing Review Committee is scheduled to hold its 31st meeting on June 1, 2026 to review the listing of Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. The Shanghai Stock Exchange accepted Yushu Technology Co., Ltd.'s application for an IPO on the science and technology innovation board in March of this year, with an intended fundraising amount of 4.202 billion yuan.
