Zhito Finance APP News, JingTai Holdings (02228.HK) announced that the lock-up period for the company's shares held by Dr. Wen Shuhao, Dr. Ma Jian, and Dr. Lai Lipeng (all co-founders and executive directors of the company) will voluntarily extend from June 12, 2025 to June 12, 2026. The company has been informed that the founders, in order to demonstrate their confidence in the company's long-term value, have voluntarily further extended the lock-up period for an additional twelve months from June 12, 2026 (original expiration date) to June 12, 2027 (new expiration date), during which they will not sell a certain number of company shares (related shares) that they each hold beneficial ownership of.
