The announcement of Xinghui Group states that the company's subsidiary Xinghui Innovation Investment and related party Xie Zihui, along with unrelated party Suzhou Zhengbei, plan to jointly invest in the establishment of Guangdong Zhengbei Xinghui Radiator Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Among them, Suzhou Zhengbei will contribute 25.5 million yuan, holding 51%; Xinghui Innovation Investment will contribute 10 million yuan, holding 20%; Xie Zihui will contribute 14.5 million yuan, holding 29%.
