Daiwa: AI is triggering a super cycle of $5.5 trillion energy investments in Asia.

Morgan Stanley pointed out in the research report that the era of artificial intelligence is upgrading "energy security" from a traditional macro issue to one of the most important capital expenditure themes in the next decade. The bank believes that Asia is entering a super cycle of energy investment exceeding $5.5 trillion, and AI data centers, power shortages, geopolitics, and supply chain restructuring will collectively drive the energy industry back into a golden age.
