Announcement from Wanchen Group, shareholders Peng Dejian and Fan Hongjuan have ended their planned reduction of holdings ahead of schedule. Peng Dejian sold a total of 406,600 shares, accounting for 0.2153% of total shares, through centralised bidding from April 13th to May 11th, 2026, as well as a bulk trade on April 14th, 2026. Fan Hongjuan sold 1.2 million shares, accounting for 0.6353% of total shares, in a bulk trade on April 14th, 2026. After the reduction, Peng Dejian holds 20.7322 million shares, or 10.5062% of total shares, while Fan Hongjuan holds 300,000 shares, or 0.1520% of total shares.
