Zhitong Finance APP News, Liaogang Group (02880.HK) announced that Mr. Wei Minghui has resigned from the positions of executive director and general manager of the company, as well as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and member of the Board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee, due to his focus on personal matters. The resignation will be effective from May 22, 2026. After Mr. Wei Minghui's resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company.
