The subscription price for each subscription share is HK$4.69, a discount of approximately 15.34% compared to the closing price of HK$5.54 per share on May 22. The total amount of funds raised from the subscription will be approximately HK$114 million. The net amount of funds raised from the subscription will be approximately HK$113 million. The Group intends to use the funds raised from the subscription for its general operating capital.
