The People's Court has concluded 34 million cases of all kinds in the past five years.

On May 25, the journalist learned from the Fifth National People's Court Working Conference of the Supreme People's Court that in the past five years, the number of people's courts has increased from 10,759 to 11,035, including 7,615 rural courts. A total of 34 million cases of various types have been concluded, which is 1.7 times that of the previous five years, and the proportion of first-instance cases concluded by the national courts has increased from 25% to 35%.
