Boen Group (001366.SZ) plans to acquire three feed-related companies for 125 million yuan.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Bory Group (001366.SZ) announced that Bory Group intends to acquire 100% equity of Xijie (Shenyang) Feed Co., Ltd., Xijie (Tianjin) Feed Co., Ltd., and Xijie (Liaocheng) Feed Co., Ltd. held by CJ Global Holdings Limited through cash payment. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 100% equity of the three target companies mentioned above. The provisional transaction price for this transaction is RMB 125 million.
