Eurotech announced that its shareholder Green Beauty Limited intends to transfer 8.733 million shares through an inquiry transfer organized by CITIC Securities, accounting for 5.50% of the total share capital of the company and approximately 52.85% of its holdings. The transferee is an institutional investor with pricing and risk-taking capabilities, and the shares acquired may not be transferred within 6 months. The minimum transfer price shall not be lower than 70% of the average stock trading price of the past 20 trading days before May 25, 2026. Green Beauty currently holds 16.5235 million shares, accounting for 10.41%.
