Notification of Tongda Corporation: The company has recently been announced as the candidate for multiple projects, including the bid for the second batch of 10kV power cables for the 2026 railway construction project managed by CR National Railway Group, with a total bid price of 120 million yuan; the bidding procurement of equipment and materials for the fifth batch of infrastructure construction projects for Inner Mongolia Power Co., Ltd.'s 2026 fixed asset investment project, including sections for 35kV and below cables, with a bid price of 13.2784 million yuan; and the open tender for the framework agreement for the first joint procurement of 10kV power cables and overhead insulated conductors in the 2026 East China region by State Grid Corporation, with a total bid price of 74.0484 million yuan. According to the company's calculations, the total value of the pre-awarded materials mentioned above is 208 million yuan, accounting for approximately 2.59% of the company's total operating income in 2025.
