Ningbo Fubon announced that the term of office of the company's tenth board of directors has expired, and a meeting will be held on May 25, 2026 to consider and approve the election of a new board of directors. The board of directors nominated Song Lingbo, Wei Huibing and 5 others as candidates for non-independent directors, and Wei Jie, Tang Fengshou and 3 others as candidates for independent directors. They will join the worker representative directors selected by the workers' congress to form the eleventh board of directors, with a term of three years. The tenth board of directors will continue to serve until the new board is elected.
