Chuangyuan Group Announcement: Chen Gang, the non-independent director and chairman of the fourth board of directors of the company, has resigned from his positions due to personal reasons, concurrently resigning from the director of the Strategic and ESG Committee. After his resignation, Chen Gang will no longer hold any position in the company. Director Hua Tian will temporarily assume the responsibilities of the chairman of the company until new personnel are elected to fill the positions.
