The announcement of ST Yilu stated that the company had accumulated overdue debts of 113 million yuan which had not been cleared as of the date of the announcement. By using self-raised funds and borrowing to repay old debts, the company managed to resolve some of the overdue debts, but accumulated new overdue debts, totaling 109 million yuan. The company has initiated pre-reorganization and during this period, external debt repayment will be suspended to protect the rights of creditors in the pre-reorganization and reorganization process.
