Bao Wu Magnesium: Baosteel Metal transfers 26.53% of its shares to China Baowu for free.

Baowu Magnesium announced that Baosteel Metal intends to transfer its 2.63 billion shares held in the company to China Baowu without compensation. After this equity change is completed, the controlling shareholder of the company will change from Baosteel Metal to China Baowu, and the actual controller will remain unchanged, still being the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
