The notice from Jinshi Resources stated that its holding subsidiary Jin Ebo Fluorine Chemical had caused wastewater overflow due to the rupture of the underground rainwater pipeline in the northwest direction of the factory area. Recently, the Baotou Railway Transport Procuratorate decided not to prosecute Jin Ebo Fluorine Chemical in a pollution case that the Baotou Public Security Bureau had transferred for review and prosecution earlier. The reason was that the company had actively fulfilled its ecological environment restoration obligations and passed the acceptance inspection, and the criminal act was minor. The company and its subsidiary will implement the procuratorate's suggestions to prevent such incidents from happening again.
