Rongsheng Environmental Protection announced that the company held board meetings and shareholder meetings on March 10th and March 26th, 2026, respectively, and agreed to change the purpose of the 7,716,600 shares of company stock that were repurchased on April 28th, 2023 and not yet used to cancellation and reduce the registered capital. The cancellation was completed on May 26th, 2026, reducing the total number of company shares from 320,444,978 to 312,728,378. The shareholding ratio of controlling shareholder Feng Ronghua and its concerted parties increased passively from 43.99% to 45.07%, and the change in equity did not affect the company's controlling rights.
