Guiyang Bank Announcement: Guiyang State-owned Assets Management will pledge 55,727,500 shares of unrestricted tradable shares to Guiyang Jincheng Business Asset Operation Co., Ltd., with a term from May 22, 2026 to August 6, 2026, for the purpose of supplementing operating funds. After the pledge, Guiyang State-owned Assets Management has pledged a total of 233 million shares, accounting for 49.7661% of its holdings; and a total of 280 million shares have been pledged with the concerted parties, accounting for 49.4204% of the total holdings. Guiyang State-owned Assets Management holds 469 million shares, while the concerted parties hold a total of 566 million shares.
