Reporters learned on the 25th from the Ministry of Emergency Management that the Ministry of Emergency Management recently launched a department-level expert guidance service for oil and gas storage enterprises in 2026. From the end of May to early July, five expert groups will be divided into two batches to provide expert guidance services to 100 enterprises, and 30 companies from the 2025 guidance services will be selected for a "follow-up review." This guidance service will include other flammable and combustible liquid enterprises for the first time, continuing the previous practice of "pre-training, on-site guidance, and full-service" experience, strictly quantitatively evaluating the work of experts and the quality of service according to the expert guidance service management methods. Through on-site guidance to identify hidden problems, accurately assess enterprise risks, and demonstrate and promote emergency management departments and central enterprises nationwide to conduct in-depth safety risk assessments for small and medium-sized oil and gas storage enterprises, continuously preventing and controlling major safety risks in the oil and gas storage sector. At the same time, in conjunction with the deployment of the "Crackdown on Illegal Activities" campaign, the dissemination of relevant provisions of the Law on the Safety of Hazardous Chemicals is carried out to urge enterprises to organize production and operations in accordance with laws and regulations.
