According to the CCTV's "Legal Online" report on May 24th, the well-known noodle brand Chen Keming has registered "hand-kneaded" as a trademark, printed it on the packaging of machine-made noodles, and accompanied it with slogans like "hand-kneaded noodles like mom's," misleading consumers. It has been reported that the Chen Keming "hand-kneaded" trademark has been declared invalid by the National Intellectual Property Office, but it is still being sold offline, raising suspicions of fraud. On May 25th, a phone call was made to Keming Foods regarding the "hand-kneaded" trademark, and the staff stated that the company's brand department would have a public statement on the matter, "the brand department's response will be the official one." A search on the Interface News platform for Chen Keming's JD self-operated flagship store revealed that the "hand-kneaded" noodles have been removed and replaced with "imitation hand-kneaded noodles". However, in other stores on the shopping platform, Chen Keming's "hand-kneaded" noodles are still being sold.
