On May 25th, Guangdong Tianji Intelligent System Co., Ltd. announced that it had recently completed a 1 billion yuan Series B and B+ financing, with a post-investment valuation of nearly 10 billion yuan, making it a unicorn company. This round of financing was led by Hillhouse Capital and Meituan Investment, with Tencent, Gaorong Capital, Guanhe Ventures, and JiYuan Capital participating as co-investors. Gaofly Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds raised in this round will mainly be used for technology research and development, large-scale production, and the construction of a global sales network.
