Zhixin Finance APP News, Cultural Message (00343.HK) announced that all conditions set out in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription matters were completed on May 22, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 65.419 million subscription shares (representing approximately 3.92% of the company's entire issued share capital before the completion of the subscription, and approximately 3.78% of the company's entire issued share capital after the issuance of all subscription shares) have been allocated and issued to subscribers. The total amount of funds raised from the subscription is approximately HK$69.9 million. The net amount of funds raised from the subscription is approximately HK$68.9 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the subscription for its operating capital, with approximately HK$2.7 million to be used for professional fees, approximately HK$1.7 million for salary and allowances, approximately HK$400,000 for rental expenses, and the remaining approximately HK$2.1 million for general expenses. It is expected that the net proceeds from the subscription will be fully utilized by the end of 2026.
