ST announced that the company and its subsidiary Yu Cheng Holdings have filed a lawsuit against Netherlands ASML Semiconductor for infringement disputes with the People's Court. The Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province has accepted the case. The plaintiff demands that the defendant jointly compensate for the economic losses caused to the plaintiff by enforcing or assisting in the enforcement of discriminatory restrictive measures, amounting to a provisional total of 8 billion yuan.
