Dongwang Times announced on May 22 that in 2023, the company's controlling shareholder, Dongyang City Dongke Digital Technology Co., Ltd., will be split into Dongke Digital and Dongyang City Xinling Technology Co., Ltd. Xinling Technology plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 10.13 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 days after 15 trading days.
