Guan Xie Holdings: Subsidiary company sells 50% equity of joint venture enterprise.

The statement of Guanju Holdings announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Vincar Pte. Ltd. and Komoco Trading Pte. Ltd., have entered into a share purchase agreement to sell 50% of their shares in Komoco Pre-owned Pte. Ltd. for 1.37 million Singapore dollars.
