Haoyun Technology Announcement: The company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Lei Hongwen, the chairman and general manager of the company. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Lei Hongwen has requested to resign from the positions of chairman, director, general manager, legal representative, and all other roles in the special committees of the board of directors. His original term was scheduled to expire on March 28, 2027. After resigning, Mr. Lei Hongwen will not hold any other position in the company or its subsidiaries.
