ST Dongni announced that in order to focus on its core business and recoup funds, the company plans to transfer 31.698% of Dongni New Energy's shares. Previously, 10% of the shares had been transferred to Huzhou Lanzhichunxu for business registration changes. On May 21, 2026, Dongni New Energy completed the transfer of 21.698% of shares to Huzhou Dongli and Huzhou Talent Fund Phase II for business registration changes, reducing the company's shareholding from 55% to 33.302%. Dongni New Energy is no longer a holding subsidiary. The transaction price was 230 million yuan to Huzhou Dongli and Huzhou Talent Fund Phase II, and 33.3567 million yuan to Huzhou Lanzhichunxu. The company has already received partial payment.
