Decision of the People's Bank of China on Amending Some Regulations will be implemented starting from July 1, 2026.

The decision on amending certain regulations of the People's Bank of China has been reviewed and approved at the 3rd executive meeting of the People's Bank of China in 2026, and is now released for implementation starting from July 1, 2026. Articles 8, 13, and 25 of the Administrative Measures for the Issuance of Financial Bonds in the National Interbank Bond Market are hereby deleted.
