Guoguang Electrical Appliances announced that the company has received the decision of the Guangdong regulatory authority to issue a warning letter to Guoguang Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Lu Hongda, He Weicheng, Xiao Qing, and Wang Jie. The decision pointed out that the company has violated regulations by failing to timely disclose large investment income, incomplete disclosure of the company's ownership structure, inaccurate disclosure of the source and proxy holding of employee stock plan funds, off-balance payments, accounting income and expenses, and failure to timely disclose related party transactions. The Guangdong regulatory authority decided to impose administrative supervisory measures by issuing warning letters to the company and related personnel.
