From November 27, 2025 to May 22, 2026, a total of 2,770,000 shares were acquired through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.24% of the total share capital, with a total investment of 21.0092 million yuan. The original plan was to increase no more than 0.66%, with an investment range of 21 million yuan to 42 million yuan. After the increase, Ningxia Electric Investment and its concerted action parties collectively hold 337 million shares, accounting for 29.58%.
