The Intelligent Group (01402.HK) announced that it expects a net profit of not more than 1 million Hong Kong dollars for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, while it recorded a net loss of approximately 18.8 million Hong Kong dollars for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The expected return to profit is mainly due to reduced impairment losses on loans provided to investment entities, reduced employee costs and other operating expenses, and the sale of subsidiary companies with operating losses by the end of fiscal year 2025.
