The total size of the fund is 20.4 million yuan, focusing on high-quality industries related to new productive forces, with a special investment in Zhipingfang (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. This investment is within the company's operating approval authority and does not constitute a related party transaction or major asset restructuring. However, the fund is still in the fundraising stage, has not been filed, and the investment project has uncertainties and may face relatively high risks.
