Tongde Chemical announced that the company has been sentenced in the first instance of the financial loan contract dispute with China Merchants Bank. The company is required to repay the principal amount of the loan of 30 million yuan within ten days from the effective date of the judgment, and pay interest of 46,583.33 yuan until December 31, 2025, as well as subsequent penalty and compound interest. Zhang Yunsheng and Zhang Hong will bear joint and several liability. The case handling fee is 96,017 yuan, and the pre-litigation property preservation fee is 5,000 yuan, to be shared by the company, Zhang Yunsheng, and Zhang Hong. This lawsuit will not have a significant impact on the company's profits.
