The APEC Trade Ministers' Meeting in 2026 will officially kick off this morning in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. This year marks China's third time hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum. As an important mechanism held annually during each "APEC year," this APEC Trade Ministers' Meeting will focus on four key areas: the construction of the Asia-Pacific Free Trade Area, maintaining the multilateral trading system, digital cooperation, and green economy.
