The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Green Eco (002887.SZ) issued an announcement that the company, together with Tianjin Haitang Entrepreneurship Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Haitang Entrepreneurship") and other partners, jointly signed the "Tianjin Haitang Tonghui Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement", jointly investing in Tianjin Haitang Tonghui Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Haitang Tonghui Fund"). The total subscribed scale of all partners is RMB 412.01 million, of which the company subscribed and contributed RMB 20.6 million in capital from its own funds, accounting for 4.9999% of the total subscribed capital.
