China Shipbuilding Hanlight: Intends to sign a total EPC engineering contract with related parties for 149 million yuan.

China Shipbuilding announced that the company has awarded the bid for the construction project of the Hanguang Consumables Industrial Park to China Shipbuilding Group International Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhengzhou Haiwei Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The company intends to sign an EPC project general contract with them, with a contract amount of 1.49 billion yuan. Both are enterprises controlled by the company's indirectly controlling shareholders, constituting related transactions. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. From early 2026 to the disclosure date, the company has conducted related transactions with the two entities, which are joint actors with China Shipbuilding Group, amounting to approximately 7.52 million yuan.
