Guangdong: Encourages software service companies to establish data centers in countries that are jointly building the "Belt and Road" initiative to promote the output of "Guangdong computing power."

The General Office of the Guangdong Province government has released the "Three-Year Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of Service Trade in Guangdong Province". It proposes to promote the high-end development of software outsourcing. Strengthen the Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park, Shenzhen Software Park, Zhuhai South Software Park, Guangdong Software Science Park, and other parks, to create internationally competitive clusters of software and information service industries. Accelerate the deep penetration of artificial intelligence technology into the full chain of software development, create enterprise-level intelligent factories, and drive the innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized software enterprises. Speed up the development of basic software, industrial software, emerging platform software, promote the integration and innovation of new technologies and formats such as cloud computing, blockchain, and industrial internet, cultivate a group of key enterprises integrating information technology outsourcing and manufacturing. Encourage software service enterprises to layout data centers and export "Guangdong computing power" in countries participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative.
