Three departments launch the "Digital Trade Talent Recruitment Fair 2026" aimed at college graduates.
On the 20th, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice stating that the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will jointly hold a series of recruitment activities for digital trade and service outsourcing enterprises targeting college graduates from May to December 2026. During the activities, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will organize online recruitment events for digital trade and service outsourcing enterprises targeting college graduates on the National College Student Employment Service Platform, the College Graduate Employment Service Platform, and the "Employment Online" platform, and provide a special page for free posting of recruitment information for digital trade and service outsourcing enterprises. The notice also sets forth requirements for organizing on-campus offline recruitment events and conducting campus-enterprise supply and demand matching. Local commerce and human resources and social security authorities are encouraged to guide local digital trade and service outsourcing parks and enterprises to visit local universities and carry out a 100-day campaign to provide employment public services on campus, organizing offline recruitment events tailored to local needs. They are urged to deepen campus-enterprise cooperation and establish a number of digital trade and service outsourcing employment internship bases. The notice also emphasizes the proper use of employment and entrepreneurship support policies, actively encouraging service outsourcing enterprises to provide internship positions for graduates, and providing internship subsidies as required. Digital trade and service outsourcing enterprises that meet the requirements for employing college graduates will receive policy support such as vocational training subsidies and social insurance subsidies. Entrepreneurship and flexible employment for college graduates in the field of digital trade and service outsourcing will be rewarded with tax incentives, entrepreneurship guarantee loans, and social insurance subsidies for flexible employment.
