Anke Biotechnology: Appoints Yuan Chun as Co-CEO and Chief Business Officer.

Ankebio announced on May 20th that the 5th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management of the Company", agreeing to appoint Mr. Yuan Chun as the Co-CEO and Chief Business Officer of the company. He will work in coordination with the Co-CEO and Chief Scientific Officer, Mr. Dou Changlin, and both will report to the Chairman and CEO, and be responsible to the Board of Directors. Yuan Chun's term of office will be from the date of approval by this Board of Directors until the expiration of the current term of the Board of Directors.
